These Terms of Service govern your use of flameora.net and your purchases
from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. WHO WE ARE
Flameora is an online store operated in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us
at flameora2@gmail.com for any inquiry related to these Terms or your order.

2. ELIGIBILITY — AGE 18 PLUS REQUIREMENT
You must be AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD to purchase from Flameora. Lighters and
related accessories are intended for adult use only.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are purchasing for lawful personal use or as a gift to another adult
- You will keep all products away from children
We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect the customer is
under 18.

3. PRODUCTS
Flameora sells novelty and decorative lighters and related accessories.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of
our knowledge but may contain minor errors. Colors may appear slightly
different on different screens.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices
shown on the site are exclusive of applicable Canadian sales tax. Sales tax
(GST, HST, PST, or QST as applicable) is calculated and added at checkout
based on your province of delivery, where required.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and other major cards) and PayPal.
If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and
refund the payment in full.

5. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send your
order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud
- Suspected underage purchase
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Shipping address issues
If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these
Terms. Estimated delivery is 15 to 20 business days within Canada. Lighters
ship without fuel for regulatory reasons.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part
of these Terms.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Lighters are functional flame-producing devices. By purchasing from Flameora,
you accept responsibility for safe use, including:
- Reading and following all instructions before use
- Refilling only with the correct fuel type (butane for jet lighters,
kerosene for flip-top lighters)
- Keeping lighters away from children, pets, flammable materials, and heat
sources
- Not igniting continuously for more than 15 seconds
- Not modifying or tampering with the lighter mechanism
- Not using a damaged lighter
You assume all risk associated with the use, refilling, and storage of any
lighter purchased from us.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law:
Flameora's total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited
to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Flameora is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, or
personal injury arising from misuse of a product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under
the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable Canadian law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in full force.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Flameora name, logo, site design, product photography, and original copy
are the property of Flameora. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them
without permission.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with site security or operations
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content without permission
- Submit false information at checkout
- Resell our products commercially without prior written agreement

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our site uses third-party services (Shopify, PayPal, shipping carriers,
analytics, email providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your
use of those services.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the
top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes
constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the
federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in
the courts of Ontario, except where Canadian consumer protection law gives
you the right to bring a claim in your home province.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay
in full effect.
