SHIPPING POLICY

Flameora ships across Canada. This policy explains how, when, and on what
terms we deliver your order. We are upfront about delivery times so you can
order with confidence.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship
internationally at this time.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery: APPROXIMATELY 15 TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS from order
confirmation.
This includes:
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days
- Dispatch from our overseas fulfillment partner: same day or next business day
- International transit and Canadian customs clearance: variable
- Final delivery by Canadian carrier (Canada Post, Purolator, or partner):
2 to 5 business days
We work with overseas fulfillment partners to keep prices reasonable. This
means orders take longer to arrive than purely domestic stock, and we want
you to know that before you order, not after.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders shipped within Canada. There are no
hidden fees added after the order is placed. The total you see at checkout
is the total you pay.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to follow your package from dispatch through Canadian
customs to final delivery.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing

5. IMPORTANT — LIGHTERS SHIP WITHOUT FUEL
All lighters sold by Flameora ship EMPTY. They contain no butane and no
kerosene fuel.
This is not a defect. International air transport regulations (ICAO and IATA
Dangerous Goods Regulations) prohibit shipping lighters with fuel inside.
Every lighter shipped to Canada by mail follows this rule, including ours.
You will need to fill your lighter with the correct fuel (butane for jet
lighters, kerosene for flip-top lighters — see the product page) before first
use. Fuel is widely available at convenience stores and hardware stores
across Canada.

6. DELAYS
Most orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasionally, delays happen
for reasons outside our control:
- Canadian customs inspection
- Weather and transport disruptions
- Carrier delays during high-volume periods (holiday season, sales events)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date,
contact us at flameora2@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

7. WRONG ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we
will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs are at the
customer's expense.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- Contact us at flameora2@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date
shown in tracking
We will work with the carrier to investigate. For confirmed lost packages,
we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
